Keep on thinking,
Think harder, more in depth,
Question every detail, 
Worry every step.

Do this, as it hurts you,
Although it's for your "protection",
Looking in the mirror,
Yelling in the wrong direction.

Trust in others as yourself,
Theres no tears yet to be shed,
Stop constantly worrying,
These fears are in your head.

Your heart may be an open wound,
But pour the alcohol, spill it on your soul,
Use your tears to clean your cuts,
Show your love, become whole.

Take a footstep in the dark,
Take a breath in between,
Focus on the present,
Only say what you mean.

Feeling scared is normal,
It's okay to be shy,
After a couple falls,
You learn how to fly.
